This was a spec house on a quiet Westwood street.  It was built with a large family in mind.    There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms,  a downstairs study, an upstairs laundry, and a workspace/desk between the kitchen and the mudroom.  It was designed is the Spanish tradition of the area with a large modern kitchen and fun Spanish tiles scattered throughout the house…

It featured lots of unique built-ins in the master bedroom…cabinetry and dressers, the dining room buffet and family room bookcases…and desk off the kitchen.  The house sold over asking.
