Lindsey, or LP, as she’s known to the Quiverr Qrew, has been an essential member of numerous successful start-ups and small businesses on the accounting, finance and operations side. After attending UCSD majoring in Economics, Lindsey started her career as a member of the operations team for a San Diego based tech startup. Taking a break from the start up world, she joined an Accounting and CPA firm in 2011, managing client accounts and the firms tax seasons. In 2015, she jumped at the chance to return to her startup roots and became the in-house Controller at Quiverr, managing the financial responsibilities, month-end reporting and projections, and advising the executive team on key business decisions. In 2018, after assisting in the diligence reporting that lead to the company’s 2017 acquisition, she was promoted to Sr. Director of Operations, where she leads the operations, logistics, and finance teams and is focused on maintaining Quiverr’s continued success. Lindsey balances her ultra-committed work ethic by spending time with family, cuddling with her kittens, going for hikes, and taking drives up the coast. She is also in the process of getting her Enrolled Agent (EA) license to accomplish a personal goal she set for herself and continue her education in the finance industry.
